Overall purpose
Effectively transport passengers to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe, and efficient manner, while delivering the exceptional quality standards synonymous with the TBR brand.
Main responsibilities
- Transporting passengers to and from destinations
- Risk assessing own vehicle prior to job
- Helping passengers with their luggage
- Providing journey information
- Making sure that the vehicle is clean and well maintained for each job inline with COVID cleaning methodology
- Ensuring vehicle is well maintained and reporting issues immediately to head office
- Ensuring quality standards are met
- 100% compliance on the usage of the driver app
- Ensuring control call process is adhered to
- Safe and legal driving practices are expected at all times with or without passengers
- Following relevant safety regulations
- Communicating effectively with management & controllers
- Following accident notification process at all times in line with insurance requirements
Skills required
Essential
- PCO licence
- Outstanding geographical knowledge of London and surrounding areas
- 10 years professional chauffeuring experience
- Be medically fit to undertake the duties described in main responsibilities
- Flexible and adaptable approach to working schedules given nature of the role, in some instances overnight stays may be required
