The purpose of this ethics policy is to establish and promote a culture of openness, trust and integrity within TBR’s business practices. Effective ethical practice is a team effort requiring the participation and support of every TBR employee. All employees should familiarize themselves with, and have a commitment to the ethics guidelines that follow this introduction.
TBR is committed to protecting employees, customers, the company itself and all stakeholders from unethical, illegal or damaging actions by others, either knowingly or unknowingly. We believe that doing so will distinguish us from our competitors and will promote social responsibility amongst all stakeholders in the business.
TBR will not tolerate any wrongdoing or impropriety in its business dealings at any time, and will take appropriate measures if the ethical code is broken. Any breach of this code of ethics will not be tolerated.
The objective of this policy is grounded in the employee’s and customer’s expectation to have fair business practices apply at all times. This policy will serve to guide the behaviour of all stakeholders within our business to ensure ethical conduct.
Executive Commitment to Ethical conduct

Maintaining Ethical Practices
Promotion of ethical conduct within interpersonal communications of employees will be recognised. TBR will promote a trustworthy and honest atmosphere to reinforce the vision of ethics within the company.
