Sales Manager

Overall purpose
Manage sales and business development function of TBR Singapore, overseeing all sales activities, from lead generation through to close and subsequent relationship maintenance and the optimization of clients in Singapore. You will develop and implement a marketing plan, which will meet both the personal and business goals of expanding TBR's customer base in Singapore.
Main responsibilities
  • Innovative and intuitive approach to researching key target markets and new opportunities, combined with advanced evaluation, reporting and decision making skills with a results-driven focus
  • Project manage new relationships, from initial contact, enquiries and tenders/sales, through to project delivery and ongoing follow-up
  • Relate to and deliver solutions to clients based on their business needs
  • Produce weekly, monthly and quarterly sales reports for review
  • Ensure that client issues are dealt with in an appropriate manner and review procedure when required
  • Participate in marketing events, such as trade shows and networking events, as and when required
  • Act at all times as a brand ambassador for TBR, leading by example and wholly representative of the company values, ethos and culture
Skills required
  • Experience in a senior business development role at a travel management company or within the corporate travel market
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills in English and Cantonese is required
  • Must be goal oriented and flexible in accepting assignments, multi-tasking within various business disciplines
  • Experience of working with Salesforce would be preferred
  • Have the ability to deliver strong and decisive leadership
  • A professional attitude and the ability to self-manage
  • Excellent organizational skills and a strong attention to detail
  • Have drive, energy, enthusiasm and self-confidence
