Sales & Account Manager

Overall purpose
In this role, you will be responsible for selling TBR's corporate and events transport services to current and new clients. You will grow and maintain existing relationships, whilst achieving an assigned sales and profit growth target and engage with potential new clients.
Main responsibilities
  • Position TBR Global as the preferred ground transportation partner
  • Develop client relationships at all levels, including senior management, contract owners, bookers and potential bookers
  • Ensure SLA’s are met in line with company expectations
  • Rigorous use of CRM to ensure accurate reporting and lead tracking
  • Network with new client leads, from contacts and existing customers
  • Project manage all areas of ground transportation at events, as required
  • Raise TBR Global’s profile within client organisations, to maximise business opportunity and bookings
  • When supporting on events, assist in producing a detailed project plan detailing roles and responsibilities, time frames, etc.
  • On-site management of events, as and when required
  • Event debriefs with staff / clients
  • Ensure that all processes are being adhered to, in order to deliver the highest possible standards of quality
  • Understand the brief and budget on projects. Understand the scope of work and conditions of contract, ensuring delivery within these parameters in line with client expectations
  • Assure the timely and accurate delivery of projects, including the production of factual reports
  • Communicate effectively with key stakeholders
  • Record feedback in the system, as and when required
  • Identify new business opportunities, services and products in conjunction with the General Manager
  • Ensure all costs and quotes are captured on working documents
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, clients and suppliers

  • Pursue the personal development of skills and knowledge, necessary for the effective performance of the role and attend training as and when required
  • Maintain regular and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance
  • Any other duties as required by management
Other responsibilities
  • Relevant experience in the corporate travel and events industry (sales, account management or service delivery), corporate transport, or other related industries
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin
  • Strong understanding of the need for quality within the project environment
  • Build awareness of factors that are influencing the corporate and events transport industry
  • Display confidence in front of clients, at all levels
  • Knowledge of budget monitoring and astute commercial awareness
  • Outstanding attention to detail
  • Acute analytical, planning and organizational skills
  • Able to work with a diverse team, both in the office and virtually
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with an ability to build strong relationships
  • Ability to think logically and to use creativity to solve problems and come up with solutions
  • Highly resilient, remaining calm and stable under pressure
