Reservations & Project Coordinatior

Ability to support 24/7 shift operations. Rotating off-days
Overall purpose
To deliver an excellent customer experience to our clients and partners.
Main responsibilities
  • Process incoming email/phone enquiries, booking and updates in a correct and timely manner
  • Handle client or supplier queries
  • Advise clients on feasibility of schedules and check them for discrepancies
  • Follow up on missing information to fully complete each booking
  • Provide quotes as required
  • Work with existing supply chain and source new suppliers when necessary
  • Write detailed handovers to nightshift/weekend staff when applicable
  • Record incident reports in the system
  • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, clients and suppliers
  • Inform Sales team of account progress and arising issues
  • As part of a team be prepared to share workload of other staff in their absence

  • Patience and the capacity to handle stress
  • IT savvy and the ability to work with database systems
  • Excellent command of English (oral & written), Cantonese or Mandarin
  • Ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks effectively
  • A flexible approach and a desire to be involved in all aspects of luxury service delivery
  • Experience in the corporate limousine and ground transportation industry is a plus
