Pricing Assistant

Overall purpose
To effectively process all pricing and invoicing related duties.
Main responsibilities
  • Dealing with invoice queries
  • Completing accurate pricing using in-house system and Microsoft Excel
  • Running profitability reports for management
  • Challenging suppliers on anomalous invoices
  • Checking pro forma invoices
  • Exporting
  • Emailing invoices to clients and chasing payment if required
  • Update exchange rates
  • Update supplier rate sheet on a monthly basis and send to sales, events and reservations managers
  • Relaying costs back to clients
Skills required
  • Strong organisation and interpersonal skills
  • Good attention to detail
  • Excellent communication
  • Proficient in the use of all Microsoft packages with high level of working knowledge of MS Excel essential
  • Be able to work towards deadlines
Other responsibilities
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role and attend training when required
  • Maintain regular and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance
