Head of Roadshows, APAC

Overall purpose
Efficiently and effectively manage regional roadshow operations and team, delivering seamless service as per client SLA's whilst maintaining existing client relationships and seeking growth opportunities.
Main responsibilities
  • Manage and grow the regional roadshows team (Hong Kong, Singapore, Shanghai)
  • Ensure team SLAs are in line with company expectations
  • Flawless communication with clients utilising all channels to inform client on live issues (email + phone + chat tools)
  • Complete detailed handovers where appropriate
  • Meet with clients on a regular basis
  • Ensure SLAs are in place and enforced for each client (response time, feedbacks, service recovery, escalation, communication etiquette)
  • Manage resources to ensure maximum efficiency at any given time
  • Participate actively in the client acquisition via RFP, meetings and introductions
  • Organise regular client meetings on and off site
    Ensure that all team members are appropriately trained and developed
  • Oversee new account implementation for high-profile roadshow clients
  • Conduct regular audit checks on bookings and calls
  • Facilitate communication between the team and other areas of the business
  • Schedule and conduct regular one to one feedback meetings with direct reports

  • Outstanding skills for prioritising workload
  • PC literate, familiarity with the Microsoft Office Suite is essential
  • Excellent organisational skills
  • Ability to work effectively under pressure
  • Flawless communication
  • Fluency in a second language is essential
  • Account management or sales background is beneficial but not essential
