Overall purpose
To support the implementation of TBR’s strategic goals and objectives within the customer excellence strategic pillar whilst ensuring daily operations align to TBR's vision. Consistently promoting our values and behaviours and continually seeking opportunities to improve our service delivery and grow the bottom line.
Main responsibilities
  • Implementation of strategic objectives defined by the board and leadership team
  • Build/maintain an exceptional management team and operation which delivers world class service
  • Apply commercial acumen to maximise profit performance and meet financial targets
  • Work closely with the account management/sales team to support growth
    Maximise sales opportunities across the three reservation teams
  • Collaborate relentlessly with internal stakeholders to deliver excellence to our Customers
  • Work closely with TBR colleagues across the globe to agree best practice and ensure a consistent approach to problem-solving
  • Support in formulating and successfully implementing company policy
  • Represent the business where appropriate at conferences, trade fairs and networking events
  • Input into sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes
  • Support the development of staff to realise their full potential
  • Strive to innovate and adapt
Skills required
  • Held a senior management role within a service organisation
  • Demonstrate a commitment to and passion for customer excellence
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a significant P&L
  • Excellent commercial acumen
  • Experience managing a team within a sales environment and an aptitude for motivating staff to up-sell and drive growth
  • Built, led and developed high performing teams
  • Proven track record of consistently delivering against targets
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Strong communication skills
  • Travel/tourism/leisure/hospitality industry experience is desirable but not essential
