Finance & Admin Executive

Overall purpose
Perform accounting and clerical tasks related to the efficient maintenance and processing of accounting transactions.
Main responsibilities
  • Manage day-to-day HR correspondence
  • Assisting in regulatory compliance matters (i.e. ACRA, IRAS, MOM etc.)
  • Process expense claims for management
  • Manage staff onboarding process including offer and employment letters
  • Organize office events
  •  Assist with new staff and leaver process
  • Administrative and office duties
  • Assist in basic month-end closing
  • Support sales operations
  • Assist with credit control monitoring on outstanding invoices, following up with clients when needed
  • Assist with invoice processing
  • Maintain files and documentation thoroughly and accurately, in accordance with company policy and accepted accounting practices
Skills required
  • Diploma in accountancy or any other discipline with accounting background
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Organised & analytical approach
  • Good working knowledge of Excel
  • Ability to work to deadlines
  • Enjoy working in a global, fast-paced company with friendly and collaborative work attitude
Other responsibilities
  • Pursue personal development of skills and knowledge necessary for the effective performance of the role, attend training when required
  • Maintain regular and professional attendance, punctuality and personal appearance
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as required
