Control Call Coordinator (Night operations)

Office location
Night shift from 10pm- 10am, 5 day working week
Overall purpose
This position is primarily responsible for performing reservations and control calls, to ensure successful client service delivery. Duties include assisting clients on transport bookings and queries, making control calls to chauffeurs and partners. On top of that, the control call coordinator is to provide customers calling in with helpful information relevant to the query.
Main responsibilities
  • Assisting the operations team through managing daily reservations
  • Responding efficiently and accurately to callers, assisting them on their booking queries with the company
  • Engaging in active listening with callers, confirming or clarifying information and dealing with complex client requests in a patient manner
  • Building good working relationship with chauffeurs and suppliers based on trust and reliability
  • Providing excellent consistent customer service
  • Able to response to urgent requests and provide an immediate solution to client
  • Adhering to all company policies and procedures
  • Must be able to follow instructions and protect confidential information
  • Proficient with systems
  • Basic administrative duties
Skills required
  • Must be able to multi-task and communicate effectively with staff and clients
  • Must be able to set priorities and manage time effectively
  • Must be able to work independently, with minimum supervision
  • Preferably an individual with experience in the ground transportation industry
  • Adaptability and accountability
  • Responsible individual
  • Fluency in English and Mandarin
