Overall purpose
To effectively transport passengers to and from destinations in a comfortable, safe and efficient manner, whilst always representing the TBR brand.
Main responsibilities
  • Transport passengers to and from destinations
  • Risk assess own vehicle prior to job
  • Help passengers with their luggage
  • Provide journey information
  • Make sure that the vehicle is clean and well maintained for each job
  • Help passengers to get in and out of the vehicle
  • Ensure vehicle is well maintained
  • Ensure quality standards are met – maintaining 90% and above on performance surveys
  • 100% compliance on the usage of the TBR driver app
  • Ensure the control call process is adhered to
  • Safe and legal driving practices are expected at all times, with or without passengers
  • Submit timesheets and expenses to UK operations manager within the set time frame
  • Follow relevant safety regulations
  • Notify controller of vehicle problems
  • Communicate effectively with UK operations manager and controllers
  • Follow accident notification process at all times

  • Full UK Driving License
  • Outstanding geographical knowledge of Scotland and surrounding areas


  • Extra driver training


  • Minimum of 10 years driving experience
  • Be medically fit to fulfill role (please note, you will be asked to provide medical evidence from your GP)
