The People Behind the Journey: Meet Yves Ringoot

Yves Ringoot plays a critical role at TBR Global Chauffeuring as a dispatcher when not onsite for group programs. He has been part of the TBR team for more than 15 years, beginning as an independent contractor working onsite before transitioning to a full-time role three years ago. His long tenure reflects both his deep operational expertise and his strong connection to the company.

Yves began working with TBR during the early expansion of the company’s U.S. operations. At the time, he was serving as a transportation point person for a large executive board program and worked closely with the New York team. Through that collaboration, he built strong relationships across the organization. After meeting David Reinhart, CEO of North America, in Washington DC and discussing future opportunities, Yves began taking on additional projects and officially joined TBR’s growing roster of trusted onsite and operations professionals.

Throughout his time at TBR, Yves has managed a wide range of complex and high-profile programs. Two of the most memorable took place back to back in 2022 and each presented very different operational challenges. One required managing buses with limited staging space near a stadium, along with unexpected post-event disruptions that impacted driver hours under local labor laws. The other involved coordinating transportation across multiple venues within a major city, with numerous pickup and drop-off points. On a personal level, these programs were especially meaningful for Yves, as they combined his lifelong love of international sports with the opportunity to support world-class events.

In his day-to-day work, Yves believes that seamless transportation comes down to constant communication and meticulous attention to detail. Whether he is onsite or supporting a program remotely, he prioritizes staying connected through every available channel. Just as important is building real relationships with chauffeurs and supplier partners. By getting to know the people behind the operation and reinforcing that everyone is working toward the same goal, Yves helps create a true team environment that leads to better outcomes for guests.

That teamwork is especially important when plans change in real time. During a major sporting event last year, long distances between venues and offsite parking created logistical challenges for both guests and staff. After safely dropping guests as close to the venue as possible, the team organized a coordinated system to guide them to and from their vehicles. When exit routes unexpectedly changed and staff access was restricted, Yves and the team quickly adapted by repositioning personnel at key points to ensure no guests were lost or left behind. Clear communication and fast decision-making kept the operation running smoothly despite the obstacles.

Preparation is another cornerstone of Yves’ approach. He emphasizes thorough driver training, advance site inspections, and detailed planning for every major program. For a recent large-scale event in New York City, multiple site inspections were conducted due to the volume of vehicles, varied locations, and tight daily schedules. All findings were compiled into comprehensive driver packages that included routes, timings, lodging details, and clear expectations. These materials were shared with chauffeurs, suppliers, and onsite staff to ensure alignment across the board. For programs with international guests, Yves also helps coordinate multilingual onsite support so every guest feels comfortable and well cared for.

With his calm presence, deep experience, and commitment to teamwork, Yves Ringoot is a vital part of what makes TBR Global Chauffeuring successful. His behind-the-scenes work ensures that even the most complex transportation programs are executed with precision, flexibility, and care.
