Joining the company in January 2025, Andy brings over 25 years of extensive expertise in project leadership, business change, and operational delivery. His role centres on strengthening organisational capabilities, implementing strategic initiatives, and ensuring every project aligns with the long-term goals of the business and its global client base.

Andy’s path to TBR Global was driven by an ambition to build a dedicated project management capability from the ground up. Drawing on his long-standing background in business change, he recognised a clear opportunity to create something transformative. A standout example was leading the end-to-end acquisition and operational integration of Euro Chauffeurs into TBR Global, marking the business’s first major acquisition. Drawing on his previous M&A experience, Andy guided the alignment of systems, processes, and international teams to create a unified platform.

In his day-to-day work, Andy believes that seamless ground transportation relies on transparent communication, strong cross-functional relationships, and co-creation with front-line teams. Rather than managing from a distance, he actively involves operational staff in designing new initiatives to ensure tools directly solve daily working challenges. To reinforce this human connection, Andy has made it a priority to visit international offices in person, building direct trust with regional teams and ensuring that TBR’s proprietary technology and global standards empower staff across every time zone.

The impact of Andy’s work is evident in the complex, global initiatives he directs behind the scenes. From coordinating multi-country client deployments spanning Thailand, Japan, Hong Kong, Singapore, and the UK, to implementing automated compliance tools that reduced supplier document processing times by approximately 94%, his focus remains on eliminating operational complexity. Furthermore, his oversight of project management frameworks directly supports TBR’s Global Control Centre and 24/7 monitoring capabilities, helping maintain an industry-leading Net Promoter Score above 84 and a customer satisfaction rating exceeding 99.5%.
