TBR leads from the Front with new technology solution

TBR Global Chauffeuring has long been at the vanguard of cutting-edge technology, having initially created its very own proprietary booking system in 2001 which is constantly evolving and remains the backbone of the business to this day.

Efficiency is key, and in order to facilitate a first-class solution not only for its customers but also for its employees in their working lives, TBR has once again proved its tech-savvy credentials by moving away from the ever-pervasive Outlook and investing in Front – a customer operations platform that enables businesses to streamline communications and deliver exceptional service at scale.

Lukasz Biegus, TBR’s Chief Technology Officer and the brains behind its impressive booking system, said: “We have made attempts to move away from Outlook previously, finding its performance too slow for our business requirements and too limiting in terms of its inbox capacity and capabilities.

At that stage we tried to implement a ticketing style system, however it became quickly evident that it was having too much of a negative impact on the way our teams work, so it was back to Outlook and back to the drawing board.

“Having taken the time to investigate various systems, and having been using Front for over a year now, we are confident we have made the best choice for our business thanks to Front’s user-friendly interface, flexibility and omnichannel approach, which laid the path for an incredibly smooth transition and minimal impact on the way our teams work.

TBR has taken advantage of Front’s routing rules, using them to streamline shared inboxes and backend processes through numerous impressive automating features such as auto-archiving out of office replies, tagging conversations for categorisation and applying SLAs to client messages to ensure a timely response.

Lukasz adds: “We have cut the volume of certain reservation inboxes by 50%, easily, and now Front acts as our source of truth for account data.
