TBR Employee Spotlight: Meet Scott Mezzetti! 

Since joining TBR Global Chauffeuring in October 2014, Scott Mezzetti has been a vital part of the company’s growth and global presence. As Director of Affiliate Relations, Scott brings decades of experience in the ground transportation industry, and worked closely with TBR’s North America CEO, Dave Reinhart, as far back as the 1990s. 

His decision to join TBR came at a pivotal moment, just as his former company was being sold and TBR was establishing itself in the Boston market. The opportunity to help build a successful, forward-thinking brand, alongside a trusted colleague, was too compelling to pass up. Since then, Scott has played a key role in expanding and strengthening TBR’s affiliate partner network worldwide. 

One of Scott’s most memorable projects was organizing a major presentation during one of the Chauffeur Driven conventions in Las Vegas. TBR hosted a dedicated event in a private ballroom to showcase its brand, proprietary software, and expansive affiliate network. The interactive presentation offered training, Q&A sessions, and the chance for global partners to meet face-to-face, a milestone moment that highlighted TBR’s global vision and collaborative spirit. 

When it comes to meeting client expectations, Scott believes that proactive, transparent communication is the cornerstone of success. “Being able to view situations from everyone’s perspective and remain calm under pressure is critical,” he explains. “Most importantly, communication is the foundation of everything we do.” 

Scott also emphasizes the importance of teamwork and ongoing collaboration with affiliate partners. Whether through in-person visits or virtual meetings, he constantly evaluates service performance, reviews metrics, and updates essential information like airport meet-and-greet instructions or local laws that impact service delivery. These behind-the-scenes efforts ensure that clients experience seamless, high-touch service no matter where they are in the world. 

Operational excellence is another area where Scott and his team are laser-focused. TBR employs a rigorous system of checks and balances, sometimes bordering on over-management, to uphold the highest quality standards. “Mistakes will happen, but our goal is to learn from them and prevent them from recurring,” Scott says. “Excuses like traffic or weather aren’t acceptable to us. We are experts in this field, and we plan accordingly to deliver flawless service.”
