At TBR Global Chauffeuring, Samantha “Sam” Bolduc serves as a cornerstone in the company’s operations as a Roadshow Reservations Coordinator. With nearly nine years of experience, Sam’s journey at TBR Global spans two distinct phases—her initial tenure from March 2013 to May 2021, and her return in February 2024 after a break to focus on motherhood. Throughout her career, Sam has remained committed to providing the high-quality service that TBR Global is known for.

Sam’s decision to join TBR Global came shortly after she graduated from college. Drawn by David Reinhart’s leadership and the company’s culture, she quickly found a place where her values aligned with the organization’s passion and drive. Originally from the North Shore, the opportunity also encouraged her to settle in the South Shore area, helping her establish both professional and personal roots.

Throughout her career, Sam has developed a deep connection to the work, particularly in managing Roadshows. Each Roadshow brings its own set of unique challenges, constantly evolving and requiring a high level of adaptability. It’s this unpredictability and the thrill of seeing each project through from start to finish that has fueled her passion for the role.

A key factor in TBR Global’s success is its approach to cross-training staff, ensuring that all team members are familiar with various parts of the business. This has allowed Sam to take on responsibilities beyond her core Roadshow duties, including events, corporate travel, and even dispatch tasks when needed. This flexibility ensures that TBR can seamlessly meet client expectations and handle any challenges that arise, making Sam an invaluable part of the team.

One standout moment in Sam’s career exemplifies her dedication to client satisfaction. When a client mistakenly sent incorrect presentation materials for a crucial meeting, Sam quickly stepped in to resolve the issue. She coordinated with a local print shop to have the materials reprinted and delivered directly to the client’s driver, ensuring everything went smoothly despite the last-minute challenge.

In addition to managing day-to-day operations, Sam has also made significant contributions to the company’s internal growth. In 2021, she helped develop an updated training manual, designed to ensure new team members receive consistent and comprehensive training. This initiative has played an important role in maintaining the company’s high standards while improving overall efficiency.
