What we collect

We may collect the following information from website visitors including our customers and partners:

For passengers in the Asia-Pacific region who book our services using your credit card reward program benefits, we may collect the following information from you relating to these rides:

driver / chauffeur details

website usage information (e.g. which pages you view, how you reach them and length of time you remain on a page etc)
demographic information such as postcode, preferences and interests
other information relevant to customer surveys and/or offers

What we do with the information we gather

We require this information to understand your needs and provide you with the services you have requested, as well as:

to deliver our services and products and comply with our contracts

to deal with requests, complaints and queries

How long will TBR keep my information?

In general, we retain your personal information for the longer of: as long as needed or permitted in light of the purpose(s) for which it was obtained and any additional time periods necessary for the compliance with laws, exercise or defence of legal rights, and archiving, back-up and deletion processes.

Transmissions over the Internet are never 100% secure or error-free. It is your responsibility to safeguard any password and user ID you use to access the Site and to notify us at privacy@tbrglobal.com if you ever suspect that this password or user ID has been compromised. Mobile Application (MyTBR — iOS and Android)

The MyTBR mobile app lets TBR Global clients access their account to create and manage
ground-transportation bookings. This section explains how the app handles your information;
it applies to MyTBR on both Apple iOS and Android.

Information collected through the app
To provide our booking service, the app sends the information you enter to TBR Global,
including: your account login (username), and booking information such as booker and
passenger names, contact details, pick-up and drop-off addresses, and payment/card details.
We use this data solely to operate your account and fulfil your bookings. We do not sell it,
and we share it only with the service providers needed to deliver and pay for your bookings.

Sign-in and biometric authentication
When you log in, the app uses the username and password you provide to authenticate you with
our service. If you choose to enable biometric sign-in — such as Face ID or Touch ID on iOS,
or fingerprint/face recognition on Android — your login credentials are stored securely on
your device using the platform’s protected storage (the Apple Keychain on iOS, or the Android
Keystore/Keystore-backed storage on Android). Biometric data itself is handled entirely by
your device’s operating system and is never collected by, transmitted to, or accessible to
TBR Global or the app.

Your choices
You can remove stored credentials at any time using the app’s “Reset Biometrics” option, or
by uninstalling the app. An active TBR Global account is required to use the app.
