We are pleased to announce that Craig Chambers, Group CEO, has been shortlisted in the coveted IoD (Institute of Directors) Scotland Director of the Year Awards 2019!
The IoD Scotland Awards recognise the region’s most hardworking and innovative business leaders, celebrating leadership talent, success and achievement. The awards reflect the competencies applicable to a good director and the nomination criteria is set by respected senior experienced directors from across Scotland. The Scotland awards are currently aligned with the UK Institute of Director Awards, with regional winners automatically going forward to the UK Awards.
Joining the company in 2006 as a graduate, Craig has risen through the ranks to Group CEO, transforming the business into a global operation and helping to shape its well-earned reputation as a pioneer in the ground transportation space.
Craig has grown exponentially alongside our business, playing an intrinsic part in its success, whilst strengthening his leadership skills and establishing his own style. With a focused passion on personal development, he aspires to continually improve, grow and learn in all capacities.
Sitting on TBR’s board and leadership team, Craig has had the opportunity to initiate global strategies and cement TBR’s vision, purpose, values and behaviours across all regions, cultivating a dynamic culture and growing a global brand excelling in customer excellence. Craig has been shortlisted across three categories: ‘Director of the Year – International’, ‘Director of the Year – Large Business’ and the ‘Glasgow & West of Scotland Regional Award’, showcasing the diversity of Craig’s experience and skills, and his contribution to TBR’s success for the past three years as Group CEO.
