Graeme O’Donnell wins Account Manager of the Year 2020

It is with great pleasure to announce; TBR’s very own Graeme O’Donnell, Corporate Relationship Manager was awarded Account Manager of the Year at the prestigious Business Travel People Awards 2020.

This coveted title comes just a year after the global major events team’s similar success at the ceremony in 2019 in the MICE Team of the Year category.

Graeme joined TBR in 2017, bringing an invaluable perspective having worked as both a supplier and client of the business. Graeme’s customer-centric approach ensures he and the corporate travel team consistently deliver high-quality client experiences in this challenging market.

With exceptional account management skills, Graeme holds a strategic stance within his team, spearheading its regional growth and success. Having already established a strong reputation within the industry, Graeme recognises the importance of client relationships, effectively nurturing existing partnerships and cultivating new connections during his short time with TBR.
