High Profile International Governmental Organisation (IGO) 2016

In February 2016, TBR Global Chauffeuring was tasked with coordinating the ground transportation for an international governmental organisation’s high-profile London event. Security was a main priority for the IGO organisers; all drivers had to be fully vetted and processed for disclosures and the security team utilised our ‘MyTBR’ app in-car tracking system to ensure it was aware of vehicle and high-profile passenger locations at all times. With an ever-changing schedule, the on-site team prepared for all scenarios by offering a pool system service with several vehicles on 24-hour standby.

The team delivered over 120 movements across the two-day event with all stakeholders involved very pleased with the level of service, professionalism, discretion and communication from the TBR team.
