    Sales Lead Generation Specialist - UK

    Job Title: Sales Lead Generation Specialist

    Overall purpose of job:

    The Sales Lead Generation Specialist is responsible for prospecting, qualifying and generating new sales leads to support the Director of Sales and Account Management. This individual will be a highly motivated, self-starter able to identify and contact businesses to promote our global corporate ground transportation solutions. A positive personality with a drive to reach key decision makers is a must.

    Main Responsibilities:

    • Contacting key decision makers in our target markets by outbound activities such as via telephone, email and social media to introduce TBR Global ground transport solutions
    • Conduct research to identify potential prospects and follow up leads
    • Setting up and confirming appointments with key influencers and decision makers across the UK and Europe for the sales team
    • Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating communications and conducting follow-up communications in order to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
    • Work closely with the sales team to identify cross selling opportunities and to grow sales pipeline

    Sales & Account Manager - UK Based

    Job Title: Sales & Account Manager
    Reporting to: Director of Sales and Account Management
    Direct Reports: None
    Location: UK Based
    Hours: 40 hours per week

    In this role you will be responsible for selling TBRs corporate and events transport services to current and new clients. You will grow and maintain existing relationships while achieving an assigned sales and profit growth target, and engage with potential new clients.

    Main Responsibility

    • Position TBR Global as the preferred ground transportation partner
    • Develop the relationship with the client at all levels including senior management, contract owners, bookers and potential bookers
    • Ensure SLA’s are met in line with company expectations
    • Rigorous use of CRM to ensure accurate reporting and lead tracking
    • Network new client leads from contacts and existing customers
    • Project management of all areas of ground transportation at events as required
    • Raise TBR Global profile within client organisation to maximise business opportunity and bookings
    • When supporting on Events assist in producing a detailed project plan detailing responsibilities timeframes etc
    • On-site management of events as required
    • Event debriefs with staff/clients
    • Ensure that all processes are being adhered to in order to deliver the highest possible standards of quality
    • Understanding the brief and budget make up on projects, understand the scope of works and conditions of contract and ensuring delivery within these parameters in line with client expectations
    • Assuring the timely and accurate delivery of projects, including the production of factual reports
    • Communicate effectively with key Stakeholders
    • Record feedback in the system as required
    • The identification of new business opportunities, services and products in conjunction with the Sales Director
    • Ensure all costs and quotes are captured on working documents
    • Establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, clients and suppliers
